Sales Assistant: The Role

• To assist the company in maximising sales and minimising loss.
• To greet and advise clients and proactively develop sales. 
• To build and develop a relationship with clients, striving to provide the best service at all times.
• To have an in depth knowledge of the collection, including stock availability and product after care.
• To be aware of, and to understand company policies on returns and exchange, loss prevention and stock management.
• To maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and house-keeping within the store. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience within the luxury retail market.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• An awareness of the market trends within the luxury retail sector.
