Wholesale Admin & Sales Executive – Amanda Wakeley

An exciting opportunity to join the Wholesale department for this established, UK Lifestyle Luxury Brand. Happy to work as part of a small team, to provide all administrative and some direct sales support. Must be able and willing to work independently, with new and existing international clients. Key relationships with merchandising, finance, marketing, technical and production. Strong administrative experience is essential, SAP literate and advanced Excel knowledge including Pivot tables. Direct sales experience an advantage.

Responsibilities include

Administration & Customer Service:
o Process orders and re-orders both online with SAP and offline, if needed and send out Order Confirmations to clients.
o Responsible for checking all wholesale orders have been correctly placed and ordered via the merchandising team.
o Inform clients of any substitutions or cancellations.

Sales:
o Present and sell the Seasonal Collections to Independent Boutiques and assist with key account clients when needed.
o Target new clients actively via email and follow up by telephone.
o Update the target database to ensure accuracy of all details.
o Schedule and confirm market appointments with all existing and potential clients.
o Liaise with design and production to ensure Linesheets are complete in advance of market and updated as necessary on JOOR.

The Ideal Candidate
o 2-3+ years luxury wholesale womenswear experience in an international environment
o Strong sense of initiative and happy to work with minimal supervision
o Excellent Administrative skills and knowledge of logistics
o Essential: Advanced Excel, working knowledge of SAP
o Passionate with strong brand / product awareness
o Confident and resourceful with excellent communication / presentation skills

Amanda Wakeley garments run true to size, so we recommend that you choose the size you’d normally buy. You can also refer to our size chart for further information, and the size and fit section found on all products.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, WHERE DO I APPLY THIS TO MY ORDER?

When you view your basket, at bottom left there is a space to enter your code. Click ‘Apply coupon’ and the price will automatically adjust. If you are applying a code for free shipping, please note that this discount will show at a later stage when you select your shipping option.

You don’t need to pay any duties and tax when purchasing with us, we pay that on our end.

Some countries have their own import restrictions on certain items such and furs and skins, which we must abide by.

Your parcel will be delivered by DHL UK (www.dhl.co.uk). DHL will try 3 times to deliver your parcel, after 3 attempts the parcel will be returned to us.

If you are unable to return your item to the Post Office we can arrange for a courier to collect your parcel from a preferred location. Courier collection incurs a cost of £6.85 within the UK which will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you would like to arrange a courier collection from outside of the UK, local courier charges will be deducted from your refund (please call +44 20 3384 6670 for more information).

If you choose to return your items please do keep a copy of your shipment receipt as a proof of postage and please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included.

Amanda Wakeley Handbags

We use a number of different materials for our handbags. The materials used are of the highest quality, and from reputable, ethical sources.

Natural leathers are left untreated for a pure finish, and can vary in texture and shade.
Please take care to avoid rubbing delicate materials against rough or sharp surfaces in order to minimise scratching.

Never place your product in direct sunlight or heat for prolonged periods as this may cause the colour to fade unevenly.
If your bag gets wet, please use a paper towel to immediately remove any residual water, pack loosely with paper and leave it to dry naturally.

Be aware that dark coloured dyes from leathers can migrate onto light coloured clothing and vice versa. Avoid rubbing leather against fragile or lightly-coloured clothing.
