  (this service applies only to orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday)

  (orders should arrive within 2-4 working days)
• Europe: Best rate will be provided automatically at checkout
• Worldwide: Best rate will be provided automatically at checkout

Unfortunately we are not able to offer weekend or bank holiday deliveries at the moment.

How will my parcel be delivered?

• Amanda Wakeley delivers goods by DHL UK (www.dhl.co.uk).
• When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt.
• If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel.
• DHL will try 3 times to deliver your parcel, after 3 attempts the parcel will be returned to us.

What if I want to return an item?

WE OFFER FREE RETURNS

• From the date goods are received, we offer a 14-day return period for unworn purchases providing all tags are still attached and that the garment is unworn and unmarked.
• Customers must keep their despatch note as proof of purchase.
• Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
• Call our Estore Customer Care Line on: 020 7352 3115 or email estore@amandawakeley.com to arrange a convenient collection time.
• You will receive your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
• Please note that if you require a refund on a product bought for you as a gift this can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to exchange an item, we cannot stop the payer knowing.

Does Amanda Wakeley ship to multiple addresses?

• Unfortunately we are not able to offer this option. Each order can only be despatched in full to the delivery address you selected when you ordered the goods.
