SALES ASSOCIATES – LONDON FULL TIME AND PART TIME POSITIONS

The candidate ideally has experience in luxury sales.

Responsibilities: 
-Providing our client the highest standard of customer service at all times
-Develop loyalty and building relationships with customers
-Demonstrate product knowledge on the brand and to have an awareness of Fashion and trends
-Introduce add-on sales and meeting and exceeding sales in line with individual and store targets

ALTERATION HAND / MACHINIST

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Alteration Hand / Machinist to join a Luxury women’s wear brand on a freelance basis. The role is based in Central London and will be 3 days per week; the candidate will need to be flexible with their hours. 

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience of working in a luxury environment carrying out all types of alterations on Tailoring and Evening wear to a professional standard. The role will involve fitting garments on customers and following through the alterations.

 

Key Skills required

  • Able to use industrial lock stitch and overlocker.
  • Understanding different fabric behavior and properties and have the ability to change machine settings accordingly.
  • Able to hold fittings and complete the alterations to a high standard.  
  • The candidate must have close attention to detail and provide a high stand of finish on all alterations.
  • Up keep of machinery cleaning and oiling machines.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and work efficiently.
  • Must have pressing experience.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – HARVEY NICHOLS LONDON

Summary / Primary Purpose:
To support the Store by maximizing store productivity and profitability through team building and staff development, goal attainment, and by ensuring compliance with all Amanda Wakeley standards. Provide feedback to your Store Manager and to support the team to ensure you are exceeding Amanda Wakeley Service expectations. To protect the Service environment by consistently making decisions that enhance the customer’s experience in the store and with the brand.

Responsibilities:
- Must exceed subordinate position’s behavioural expectations
- Takes ownership and accountability for store productivity
- Consistently executes company sales training programs
- Demonstrates empowerment to solve customer problems and meet customers’ needs
- Effectively manages staff to build relationships with customers
- Consistently gives appropriate, timely and specific feedback to team members while maintaining their self esteem
- Able to resolve conflicts with team members in a timely and productive manner to achieve desired results
- Inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards
- Develops realistic action plans and goals for team members career advancement

BRIDAL STORE MANAGER 

Summary / Primary Purpose:
The Store Manager leads the store by maximizing store productivity and profitability through teambuilding and staff development, goal attainment, and by ensuring compliance with all Amanda Wakeley standards. The Store Manager leads by example, sets the tone for the store, and provides feedback to their team that will result in more efficient, productive, and profitable stores that exceed Amanda Wakeley Service expectations. It is the role of the Store Manager to protect the Service environment by consistently making decisions that enhance the customer’s experience in the store and with the brand. The Store Manager develops plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, utilizes payroll effectively, and works closely with the Head of Retail to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results. The ideal candidate will have experience in Bridal and RTW.

BRIDAL SALES CONSULTANT

The candidate ideally has experience in bridal sales.

Responsibilities:
- Providing our client the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Develop loyalty and building relationships with customers with both Bridal and RTW customers
- To demonstrate product knowledge on the brand and to have an awareness of Fashion and trends
- Able to confidentially take Bridal appointments to help the Bride find her perfect Amanda Wakeley wedding dress
- Introduce add-on sales and meeting and exceeding sales in line with individual and store targets
- Follow all stock management procedures.
