Rosemary is a qualified nutritionist and naturopath and co-founder of F!LTH: the vegan burger on everybody's lips.

Amanda: What took you on the journey originally?

Rosemary: So there’s three partners. One is a guy called Dougal who I have known for a long time and he works in the city. He said you can’t get healthy food, healthy food that you actually want to eat that’s not like the food that I eat, which is mung beans which I love! We started at looking at how to do that and at the same time Gizzi started to look at doing healthy comfort food too and then we went away together, Gizzi and I did, and basically we said let’s do it together. I thought you’re a chef and you’ll make it taste nice and I’m a nutritionist so I know what to put in it and after trials and tastings we ended up with the burger which is the iconic fast food.

Amanda: It’s a brilliant collaboration of two very different things.

Rosemary: And the fact that we ended up with a vegan burger which was quite accidental really, we weren’t really going for that we were going for vegetarian and everyone was like but it tastes amazing and it still hits that burger spot so we thought that was quite revolutionary.

Amanda: That’s fabulous!
